Tecno Group is based in the GTA and builds custom homes and renovations across the region — from established city neighbourhoods to larger rural and estate properties on its outer edges.     Caledon

    Caledon is a different kind of project than most of what we build closer to the city — larger acreages, rural and equestrian properties, and homes in villages like Palgrave, Bolton, and Belfountain. Much of Caledon falls within the Niagara Escarpment Plan area or Credit Valley Conservation’s jurisdiction, which shapes what’s buildable and how, often well before floor plans come into it. We scope that early so it doesn’t become a mid-project surprise.

    Hamilton

    Our Hamilton work is concentrated in Ancaster, Dundas, and Flamborough — established communities with a mix of older housing stock and larger lots along the escarpment. Many properties here fall within the Hamilton Conservation Authority’s regulated area, particularly near the escarpment brow or the Dundas Valley, and that review factors into our planning from the outset.

    King City and the surrounding Township of King are home to some of the largest residential lots in the GTA, including estate and equestrian properties along the Oak Ridges Moraine. Building here means designing around the Moraine’s environmental protections, along with septic and well systems that a typical urban build never has to consider — all things we plan for from the first site visit.
