We are Phius-certified builders — one of a small number of construction firms in the GTA qualified to build to passive house and advanced energy-performance standards. For architects and designers specifying high-performance envelopes, this matters. It means the building science embedded in your drawings will be executed correctly in the field: airtightness details installed as specified, thermal bridging eliminated at every transition, and performance verified through third-party commissioning.
